Ordered 6 panels and one was damaged in shipping so I notified the company and they sent out a replacement immediately, great customer service, very happy....
I have not had a chance to use the 40 amp charger but the support staff at HQST is fantastic. Response time to each of my inquiries has been under 24 hours and they answered questions that I had before I even placed my order. I wish I could get this kind of response from every company.
These are good panels. They put out the 20v that they advertise, work pretty well in partial light and I had them propped up against the house for testing before mounting to my RV. One or two of them have fallen flat, face first onto the concrete. It was a level surface so no concentrated impacts from rocks, but the have not cracked and continue to work. My wiring is laying on the ground and the connections appear to be watertight so far. I cannot complain about these panels, especially at this price point. 100W panels are easily acquired through HQST and I would recommend.
Purchased 2 LIFEpo4 batteries for my 600 watt solar to supplement my energy needs in my home. The batteries were packaged well and work great. Please note, Use a approved lithium charger Charge fully before 1st use. Both batteries should have a equal charge. Giandel makes the best inverters. (They actually work as spec.) HTST solar panels for a year, no problems.
