We are a small Yorkshire coffee roasting team who really, really love coffee - it's as simple as that. As with most things Yorkshire, we're a pretty straightforward bunch.
Loring roasted coffee
Energy-efficient roasting
We roast our coffee on a Loring Kestrel S35, an energy-efficient convection roaster. The result is delicious coffee that stays fresher for longer. Our coffee is best brewed at least 10 days after roast. This will allow it time to de-gas and the flavours to open up.
