This is really good one.

Good product. Superb quality. Only problem is tools included in the package to assemble bike is not enough. Had trouble mounting steering and paddle's with included tools. This can be improved. Product quality is superb battery performs well and get full charged in 4 hours. Delivery was on time however packaging could be improved. Got a damaged spoke. However tightening spoke screw fixed the problem. Overall having good experience using it. And more importantly it’s fun riding 😁😁. Of course not in Canadian winter. It’s good to roam around on it in town. It’s a good fit for a person with average height(5’4 to 5’6). For taller persons seat needs to be adjusted.

My thoughts on this electric scooter are great I'm extremely satisfied with it , it gets me from A to B with still a full battery charge on eco mode I can't say that for the other modes cuz I haven't used them yet but my friends have so I'd have to say that this electric scooter is the best in my opinion and would recommend it to anyone else who may want to get it I would also recommend that hiboy customers use PayPal to purchase this product and any other products from hiboy I would also like to recommend not to download the hiboy app as it is completely dog water and doesn't work for shit after reading everyones else's reviews and for those of you who want to download the hiboy app for the extra features just letting you know that I warned you.

Purchased 2 P6 bikes. They were out of stock at the time. Waited about 2 weeks. Bikes showed up on the door step. Packed very well!! Takes as long to unpack as it does to assemble. All tools supplied to assemble. Assembly is easy. Charged up over night. Went for a ride the next day. Seat is comfortable for my old butt! Had a fantastic time. Only used the second level of assist. Can’t imagine how fast it goes on the highest level. Mechanical breaks squeak but I read about that before purchase. No big deal. Bike is fantastic. Very well made. The price of these bikes is absolutely amazing. Love it!!

Man I love this scooter to death I could get from place to place without issue and quickly let me tell you that it is worth the money. On eco mode from the library to the mall I can easily get their in 20 minutes and if I put it in sports mode I'd be there in 10 minutes so that tells you that it whips hard but I can't say that for everyone else. So if you plan on getting the hiboy max pro you are definitely getting your money's worth I may suggest using PayPal to purchase the scooter.

Tout les critiques YouTube parlaient d’un moteur bafang, se qui m’avais convaincu d’avoir fais une aubaine. Je reçois mon vélo et m’aperçois que c’est pas un moteur bafang mais un xiongda dont la valeur est 3x moindre. J’me sens un peu floué, même si j’apprécie le vélo.

For the price, can't be beat!

I will start by saying this is my first ebike and I will be using this for mainly hunting. With that being said, the price point is spot on - not too expensive to get into yet not so cheap as to question the quality. At first I was a little miffed, they advertised a Bafang motor and 9 speed. It arrived with a Xiongda motor and 7 speed. After consulting with Hiboy they apologized for the change but assured the 750w was superior to the Bafang. They also gave me the prime day pricing and refunded me an additional $250CAD. After my first ride I had cracked the sprocket cover. A short email chain explained that they had changed that too. 3 weeks later, the beefier sprocket cover arrived in the mail.

All in all I bought the bike for $1150CAD. I upgraded the brake pads (everyone's complaint and suggestion is to switch to hydraulic. New pads work just fine in the interim.) I upgraded the crankset and that's about it. With upgraded parts, saddle bags and rack I am in for $1300.

Highly recommend this bike for anyone looking for something to get to their stand with quietly and without the smell of exhaust. I don't know what the range is in the city but it lasts for the day long adventures I have done in the woods with it.

Customer service is top notch and although they have replaced some of the higher end parts, I think the price reflects that. If you're somewhat mechanically inclined the "bones" of this bike are solid.

8/10 recommend. 10/10 for the price.

Value for money, solid product.

I’ll start by saying that I was a bit concerned about this scooter being so much cheaper than the competition. After putting about 250 km on it in 2 weeks, I just love it.
I own a high end 300 w scooter and a 2X 450w skate board. The Hiboy’s 500w engine is strong and powerful, on flat you’ll go at 31km/h until the battery is dead which is not the case for my 2 other devices that cost about $400 extra each…
I’m using the S2 Max on hilly trails with transitions that include small potholes, gravel, dry dirt roads and short grass. I’m 5”9, 165 pounds and managed to achieve about 40-45 km range on sports mode. I can see it going for 60 km in good conditions.

It handles great, it’s a bit bigger so it’s more stable
, the wheels grip well, the brakes are strong(my wife finds the handle too stiff), the display is basic, the front light a bit weak, the kick stand is functional, the handle bar safety lock is a bit stiff but works well.

I don’t normally write reviews but yesterday a distracted driver drove into me, the front tire of the car made it on top of the rear wheel and the scooter didn’t snap… the spoiler got bent, I think that the bearings cracked because I heard a bit of a grind when I started to ride away, the back frame bent by about 2 mm and I was able to ride home (1km). Apart from a few scratches you wouldn’t know. I feel like the scooter took the hit instead of my leg and I’m glad.

I’ve contacted the customer service yesterday and they already answered and asked for pictures and details, that’s a good start.

Great concept but remains a budget bike

As the title says this bike is great but great starter level, I will still continue to use it till its time to change…just as everything it has it’s pros and cons but still a happy costumer, great service, the bike so fun to ride and totally happy about my purchase. I have been using my S2 Pro for 2 weeks and have driven around 40 km so far. The pickup is very good, and I am satisfied with the battery performance as well. I've taken 8 to 10 kms round trips and have only needed to charge it once in 3 days. Although the range is 40 km per charge, it doesn't seem to reach that distance, but I still think it's acceptable for a mid-range e-scooter.

The only issue I've encountered is riding on pedestrian pathways made of cement blocks; it doesn't feel very comfortable. Other than that, the customer care team has been very quick in responding. They even sent me a mobile holder when I requested a price match, which was very kind of them.

I’ll definitely update my review after a few more months of usage. Overall, I am happy with my first scooter so far.
